T. L. Osborn
Thomas Lee Osborn (born December 23, 1923) is an American Pentecostal evangelist and author based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.[1][2][3]
Osborn was born at Pocasset in Oklahoma.
Osborn's crusade in Uganda in 1957 is said to have laid the foundation for substantial growth in Pentecostalism in that country.[4]
Osborn authored several books, including:

- “Soulwinning”
- “God’s Love Plan”
- “The Good Life”
- “The Message That Works”
